Job Summary
Varthana is looking for an Executive- Customer Experience who will be handling customer queries through inbound /outbound calls and emails and responding to & resolving their queries, requests, and complaints. The candidate will be ensuring high standards of service levels, process adherence, and customer satisfaction while interacting with customers and the team. The incumbent will also be working on new financial innovations, MS Office, CRM, telephony, IVR, and outbound and inbound call centers.
Key Role Deliverables
