Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but
