We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling customer queries and providing effective solutions via voice and/or non-voice support channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering a high-quality support experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly
Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers
Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues if needed
Work closely with the internal team to resolve customer concerns efficiently
Candidate Requirements:
Must be fluent in Hindi, English, Kannada, and Tamil
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
Basic computer knowledge is a plus
