: 5 days working with 10 hours working window
(9 hours productive hours with 1 hour Break)

Rotational offs & Rotational shifts

Salary

: Experience - 25K CTC & 20K TH / Freshers -20 K to 22 K CTC

Qualifications :

Provide excellent customer service through calls, mails as required and handle L2 level discussions with customers. System friendly to update inputs in the system
