Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels. Provide product/service information and support to customers. Document interactions and update customer records accurately. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Meet performance targets (KPIs), such as average handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum HSC / Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 0-3 years of experience in a customer support or BPO environment. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using computers and CRM tools. Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

Pay: ?11,845.13 - ?27,388.59 per month
