Handle customer data responsibly and professionally, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Must have excellent communication skills . Manage inbound customer calls, emails, and chats with efficiency and courtesy. Provide precise and reliable information to customers regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, and general inquiries. Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner while maintaining high service quality standards. Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required. Maintain a

customer-first approach

, ensuring satisfaction and positive experience in every interaction. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics.
