Job Responsibilities :-
? Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients through voice communication channels.
? Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
? Identify, assess, and address customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
? Educate customers about products and services, providing clear guidance when necessary.
? Accurately document customer interactions in accordance with training and company standards.
? Use available tools and resources to research and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
? Communicate clearly and professionally, using appropriate language at all times.? Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
? Complete all administrative tasks related to customer agreements using multiple computer applications.
? Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.? Stay up to date with new procedures, products, and services to provide effective customer support.
? Support business growth by answering product and service-related questions for potential customers.
What We Are Looking For
? Fluent English speaker (B2/C1 level).
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
? Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Cabs : 180 RSNumber Of Night Shifts For Males & One Sided Cabs For Females In Odd Hours
