International Customer Support

night and overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Handle international customer queries via phone. Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy. Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on pending issues. Update CRM systems with detailed call notes and customer data.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication in

English

. Previous experience in international BPO/customer support is a plus. Ability to work in

night shifts

and

overnight hours

. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
