We are hiring a

Customer Care Executive

to manage inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer calls, emails, and chats. Resolve product/service-related queries. Update customer details in CRM. Follow up on unresolved issues. Meet daily/weekly performance targets.

Requirements:



Graduation mandatory

Excellent comunication skill

(English)

Basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in customer support is a plus.

Shift: Rotational Night Shift



Working Days:

5 days a week
