Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and provide effective solutions.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and patience.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely follow-ups when needed.
Document call information clearly and accurately in the system.

Experience:
Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome
