Customer Care Executive

, you will be the voice of our company, handling inbound calls and resolving customer queries with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound customer calls and provide effective solutions. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and patience. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely follow-ups when needed. Document call information clearly and accurately in the system.

Requirements:



Qualification:

12th Pass or Any Degree

Experience:

Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome

Languages Required:

Fluency in

English + Tamil

is mandatory

Age:

18 to 30 years

Location:

Must be willing to work from Hyderabad

Availability:

Immediate joiners preferred
