WE ARE HIRING FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXCUTIVE :- (Inbound and Outbound Process) Job Title - Customer Care Executive Location - Noida Communication - Good communication in English and Hindi Qualification - Graduate Experience - Min. 6 months of experience in BPO Working window - 8 AM to 10 PM Responsibilities Of Candidates Include:
  • Answer Inbound/Outbound Calls Professionally And Provide Information About Products And
Services, And Obtain Details Of Complaints
  • Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries, Complaints, And
Comments, As Well As Actions Taken. Process Forms And Applications
  • Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests
  • Refer Unresolved Customer Grievances Or Special Requests To Designated Departments For
