Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product or service inquiries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Follow communication scripts, company policies, and call-handling guidelines.
Achieve daily/weekly call handling and quality targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
0-1 years in a call center or customer service role (Inbound preferred).
Skills:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (Any one Language Require).
Active listening and problem-solving ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
