Main Responsibilities

:

Answer customer inquiries about products and services via different communication channels. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively. Provide support with product use, technical issues, and troubleshooting. Process orders, cancellations, and returns. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. Guide customers through using product features.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Fresher or Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
