  • Familiarity with Zendesk for maintaining client correspondence via tickets, ensuring timely and efficient support.
  • Experience in live chat support to provide immediate responses for real-time customer assistance.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Efficient data entry skills to maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
  • Excellent time management abilities to handle a high volume of customer interactions within specific deadlines.
  • Demonstrate empathy by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns supportively and compassionately.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately through various communication channels.
  • Manage customer accounts using CRM software and update records with relevant details.
