Job Summary:


We are looking for a

female Customer Care Executive

with strong communication skills to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate CRM records. The role involves handling customer queries, providing tracking updates, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels

Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system

Provide order/tracking updates to customers

Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail

Experience:



0-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role (freshers may apply)

Location:

Sector 37, Gurgaon

Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday (10 am - 7 pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
