We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Inbound) to handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow company policies and quality standards
Ensure excellent customer experience at all times
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum
1 year of customer service experience
(mandatory)
Excellent communication skills (V5 level)
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
Comfortable with
6 days working
and
rotational weekly offs
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
