We are looking for a dedicated IT Customer Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support to customers. The candidate will be responsible for resolving IT-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality. --- Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner Log, track, and resolve customer issues using ticketing systems Assist users with system setup, installations, and configurations
