Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp & client inquiries Explain services, packages & pricing to customers Generate and follow up on sales leads Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction Coordinate with internal team for smooth order closure Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Experience in customer support / telecalling / sales preferred Freshers with strong confidence can apply Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM, Excel is a plus
