Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Handle and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as required.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or recommendations.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions.
Contribute to team goals by achieving performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
