About the Role

We are hiring

Customer Success Associates

for an international voice process. The role involves assisting global customers with queries and providing

technical troubleshooting support

while ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Graduate / Undergraduate (both accepted)

Experience:

Minimum

6 months of International Voice Process + Technical Support / Troubleshooting

experience is

mandatory

Communication Skills:

Strong spoken English with excellent verbal fluency

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

?25,000 to ?31,000 CTC (based on experience & performance)
