Position Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Customer Care Executive

with a proven
background in real estate sales and client servicing. The ideal candidate will excel at
handling incoming product inquiries, resolving customer challenges promptly, and
ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to company services. Address client concerns, complaints, and challenges efficiently and professionally. Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust. Support sales activities by converting inquiries into successful client base. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements



Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer care handling. Proven track record in real estate sales. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to handle clients with patience and professionalism under pressure. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Desired Skills



Negotiation and persuasion skills. Time management and multitasking abilities. Customer-centric mindset with sales orientation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
