Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process)

About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for an
International Customer Support
process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior BPO experience, and the flexibility to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Provide accurate information with a positive attitude and professional tone.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow company processes and update call records as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education:
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Experience:
Minimum
6 months of International Customer Care (ICC)
experience is mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Comfortable with
24x7 rotational shifts
.
Both side cab
facility available.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
Up to ₹27,000 (In-hand) + Attractive Incentives.

Gurgaon.
