Job Title: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process and chat
Location: Gurgaon (Both Side Cabs Provided)
CTC: Upto ?5.5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives + PLI (?8,000) + Retention Bonus (?50,000)
We are hiring experienced Customer Service Professionals to join Expedia's International Voice Process team. The role involves assisting global customers with travel-related queries, bookings, cancellations, and escalations while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to travel bookings, cancellations, refunds, and modifications.
Provide accurate information on flights, hotels, and travel packages.
Deliver excellent communication while resolving escalations and customer concerns.
Meet and exceed KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
Promote upgrades, add-ons, and alternative services to maximize revenue (upselling & cross-selling).
Ensure compliance with company policies and international service standards.
Requirements
Education: Undergraduate/Graduate (Any stream).
Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process / Customer Service (No Freshers).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Shift: 24x7 rotational (including night shifts).
Transport: Both side cab facility provided.
Joiners: Immediate joiners preferred.
