Coordinate with the internal sales team and provide necessary support.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding products, services
Provide technical support for biomedical equipment and troubleshoot common issues in coordination with the technical team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Assist in processing complaint equipment received.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and logistics) to improve customer experience.
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues and customer suggestions.
