Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming customer calls, emails, and intercom messages promptly and professionally.
Follow standard operating procedures to resolve queries or escalate them to the appropriate team.
Utilize company telephone and support systems effectively, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
Support team leads by managing basic tasks during their absence, post successful completion of required training.
Accurately report any operational issues or service-related difficulties to the supervisor on duty without delay.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage customer interactions with professionalism.
Basic understanding of customer service operations and telephone handling protocols.
Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in high-pressure situations.
Computer literacy to efficiently manage documentation and support tools.
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate with good command of English and basic IT knowledge.
Male candidates are preferred for this role.
