Job Title: Customer Care executive

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their needs

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate

1 year of on paper experience of BPO is mandatory

Skills:

Communication skills: Excellent

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: 25K CTC
