Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Address client queries, explain our products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain follow-up records and coordinate with internal teams
Lead Generation
Identify and engage potential leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
Maintain a lead tracker and provide regular updates
Incentives will be provided for leads that convert into confirmed sales
Marketing Support
Design brochures, flyers, and basic creatives using
Canva
or similar tools
Assist in social media content creation and product promotion
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Comfortable with phone and online communication
Basic design skills (Experience with
Canva
is a must)
Self-motivated and result-driven
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is a plus
