Blinkit (Blended Customer Support), PhonePe, ReachMobile.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle incoming customer queries via

chat and voice calls

Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy Maintain excellent communication standards with clear, polite, and professional responses Document interactions and update systems accurately Meet daily targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:



Education:

Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Freshers & candidates with prior

chat or customer service experience

are welcome

Communication:

Should be confident with

Versant Level 5 communication

, good comprehension & vocabulary skills

Computer Knowledge:

Basic system handling is a must
