We are looking for a friendly and dedicated

Customer Support Executive

to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite attitude, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, appointments, and offers. Handle booking and rescheduling of appointments. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times. Coordinate with salon staff and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep records of customer interactions and feedback. Follow up with clients for reviews, reminders, and feedback.

Requirements:



Prior experience in customer service or client support preferred. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages a plus). Basic knowledge of beauty or salon services is an advantage. Well-groomed and polite personality. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:



High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Experience in salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry preferred.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
