We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Resolve issues quickly and professionally Keep records of customer interactions Follow up to ensure issues are resolved Maintain a positive and helpful attitude

Requirements:



Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Prior customer service experience is a plus Ability to stay calm under pressure High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
