Urgent Hiring: Customer Care Executive For Gurgaon Location

Requirements:

- Fluent English speaker & writer

- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Both males and females can apply

- Freshers and experienced both can apply

Work Details:

- Shifts:

1. 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (male/female)

2. 3:30 PM - 10:30 PM (male only)

3. 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM (male only)

4. 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (male/female)

- Week off: 4 Sundays and alternate 2 Saturdays

Salary: ?35,000 - ?45,000/month

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via mail/calls

- Coordinate with teams

- Prepare reports

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree

- Fluent English

- Microsoft Office skills
