Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls politely and professionally.
Assist customers with their questions, complaints, and requests.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
Forward unresolved or complex issues to the concerned department.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with every customer.
Use company software and tools to document and follow up on cases.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or a graduate in any stream.
Good spoken and written communication in English/Hindi
Basic knowledge of computers and ability to use CRM tools.
Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualities:
Polite, patient, and calm while handling customer queries.
Willing to learn and grow in a customer-focused environment.
Team player with good listening skills.
