Role & responsibilities :Client Interaction & Support:Answer incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat queries from clients regarding astrology services.Provide accurate information about available services such as horoscope reading, kundli analysis, vastu consultations, etc.Appointment Management:Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments with astrologers as per client requests.Coordinate with astrologers to confirm availability and maintain calendars.Query Resolution:Address client concerns or issues politely and promptly.Ensure resolution of complaints in a professional and timely manner.Service Guidance:Guide clients in selecting suitable astrology services based on their needs.Upsell or promote relevant services or packages, when appropriate.Data Entry & CRM Handling:Maintain detailed and updated records of client interactions in the CRM system.Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information.Follow-ups & Feedback Collection:Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction post-consultation.Collect feedback and share with management for service improvement.Coordination with Internal Teams:Collaborate with astrologers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Multilingual Communication (if applicable):Communicate with clients in their preferred language to enhance comfort and clarity.Preferred candidate profile Education:10+2
