We are looking for a polite and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle guest communication for our service apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make check-in and check-out calls to guests
Ensure guests are comfortable during their stay
Collect feedback from guests in a friendly and professional manner
Coordinate with operations/housekeeping for any guest service requests
Maintain call logs and guest feedback records
Resolve basic guest concerns or escalate when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
