We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Hindi-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Hindi-speaking clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone in Hindi.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.
Offer product or service guidance to customers when necessary.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or management.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines for customer interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluent in Hindi spoken
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, if required.
