We are hiring for Customer care Executive (Hindi)

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt assistance for queries, service requests, and complaints. Accurately log customer requests and complaints in the CRM system and ensure timely resolution. Identify opportunities to generate leads and cross-sell bank products by educating customers on features and benefits. Ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and bank-specific guidelines. Identify recurring customer issues, capture problem indicators, and proactively suggest process improvements. Meet and maintain monthly scorecard metrics, including Quality, Efficiency, Accuracy, and Customer Satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, processes, systems, and service protocols. Achieve assigned sales and service targets consistently. Deliver a superior customer experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Skills & Eligibility:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to comprehend, capture, and interpret customer information accurately. Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of banking products; experience in Banking or Credit Cards is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
