Key Responsibilities:



Answer inbound calls and provide assistance with customer queries, requests, and complaints. Raise requests and complaints in the CRM tool on behalf of the customer. Generate leads and educate customers about new products and their benefits. Maintain compliance with company guidelines and regulations. Identify problem indicators and provide feedback for process improvements. Adhere to monthly performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and accuracy. Maintain a strong knowledge of products, processes, and systems. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Ability to comprehend and capture customer information accurately. Basic knowledge of banking and credit card products is preferred, but not mandatory. Must be able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus.
