We are looking for a
Customer Care Executive / Help Desk Representative
with excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong situation-handling abilities. The ideal candidate should be confident, updated with current trends, and capable of providing professional assistance to patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, client coordination, or appointment confirmations.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are attended to promptly and courteously.
Maintain a record of all calls, messages, and visitor details.
Handle consumer / patient inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and front desk.
Assist with booking tests, understanding reports, and resolving queries.
Manage social media interactions and respond to online inquiries promptly.
Ensure a polite, professional, and empathetic tone in all communications.
Counsel patients about health check-up packages and diagnostic services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate in any stream.
Excellent speaking skills with clear voice modulation.
Pleasant and pleasing personality.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, basic data entry, emails, etc.).
Familiar with social media platforms and current digital trends.
Strong communication and patient counselling skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
