Role Overview
The
Customer Executive
will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the clinic. The role requires excellent communication, professionalism, and the ability to handle patient queries with empathy while ensuring smooth front-desk and service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients/visitors at the clinic with courtesy and professionalism.
Manage patient registrations, appointments, and scheduling.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and queries efficiently.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain accurate records of patients, appointments, and billing details.
Provide information about services, procedures, and treatment packages.
Handle patient feedback and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
Ensure front desk area is presentable and patient-friendly at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Customer service orientation with a polite and professional attitude.
Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and patience.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, appointment software).
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in customer service/front desk/reception (healthcare/hospitality industry preferred).
Willing to work
onsite
at QHT Clinic, Haridwar.

Pay: ₹10,211.46 - ₹22,000.00 per month
