Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments when necessary
Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to company policies
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
Graduation is mandatory

Salary: ?23,000 to ?25,000 CTC per month

24/7 Rotational Shifts (6 Days Working, 1 Weekly Off)
Female candidates will have a 7 AM - 8 PM shift window
