Location: Kasna, Greater Noida
Type: Full Time
Work Days: Monday to Friday + 1st and 3rd Saturday
Work Timings: 10 am to 6:30 pm
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Between Rs. 18000 and Rs. 30000 (based on your experience and knowledge)

We at Studio Covers are looking for a passionate customer care exec to come on board. You would be perfect for this job if you mee the following requirements:

1. You are comfortable in both English and Hindi

2. You liking talking to people

3. You like taking initiative and enjoy resolving issues

4. You're good at making people feel calm and comfortable

Major plus if you are also able to convert a lot of the queries into sales. In that sense this role is customer support and sales tied into one. Adequate training will be provided.
