Act as single point of contact for clients; ensure smooth, timely communication.
Manage all CRM activities--servicing, complaints, projections to payment, dispatches, and collections--with minimal TAT.
Oversee stock movement and client-side inventory (moving/slow/non-moving).
Control outstanding payments and close debit/credit notes on time.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, QA, Factory, Accounts, etc.) for prompt client responses.
Track SKU-wise sales vs. plans; drive actions to boost sales, profit, and capacity utilization.
Support Sales Coordinator as needed to ensure workflow continuity.
Address client issues effectively and provide timely solutions.
Handle all matters responsibly to avoid financial or reputational loss.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and maintain organized documentation and system updates (ERP, FMS, PMS).
