Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service efficiency.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Identify and report emerging customer issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Qualifications:
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
