Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice calls (inbound/outbound).
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines set by the client/process.
Meet daily targets related to call handling, resolution, and feedback.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities as needed.
Requirements:
Fresher graduates can apply.
Fluent in Hindi and Basic English communication.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts/week-offs.
Basic computer skills (MS Office or excel).
