: Customer Support Executive



We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive

who can handle customer queries efficiently and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

customer inquiries

via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media Resolve

order-related queries

including delivery status, returns, refunds, and exchanges Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, accounts) to resolve customer issues Maintain accurate records of

customer interactions and resolutions

Provide timely updates to customers and ensure closure of tickets Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required Assist customers with product-related information and guidance Ensure high levels of

customer satisfaction and brand representation


Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline

1-3 years of experience

in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred) Strong

verbal and written communication skills in languages like English & Hindi.

Comfortable handling customers on

WhatsApp, calls, and email

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, order management systems) Patient, problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset
