Job Title: Customer Care Executive Location: Vadodara Work Mode: Work from Office Job Overview: We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Care Executives to handle customer interactions through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: o Manage customer interactions via chat, email, and phone calls. o Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and techniques. o Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude with customers at all times. o Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience. o Adhere to company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines. o Achieve targets related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and quality of service. Eligibility Criteria: o 12th Pass / Graduates are eligible. o Freshers can apply. o Good communication skills are a must. o Willing to work in rotational shifts, including evening shifts. o 6 days working, 1 weekly off. Salary & Shift Details: o CTC: ₹15,000 to ?22,000 per month o In-hand Salary: Starting from ?12,000 per month o Shift for Female Candidates: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
