Customer Care Executive

to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, emails, and chats. Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information. Maintain customer records in the system. Escalate issues when required. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Graduate. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to work in shifts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
