Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Graduates freshers/experienced who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and building long?term relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Assist existing clients in using AnchorEDGE services effectively. Provide product demos and guide new subscribers through profile setup. Resolve customer queries related to app features, services, and usage. Offer ongoing support to ensure smooth and efficient service experience. Remind clients proactively about upcoming service renewals. Maintain strong relationships with customers and motivate them to use all available features. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow?ups.

Eligibility Criteria



Graduate in any field with good communication skills (Freshers preferred). Strong interest in customer service, digital tools, and client engagement.

Skills & Attributes Required



Excellent communication skills (verbal & written). Strong interpersonal and relationship?building abilities. Patience, problem?solving mindset, and customer?first attitude. Ability to understand digital products and explain them clearly. Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple client interactions.

Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
