We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Calling Executive
to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with customers, share scheme-related updates, explain reward points, and extract necessary information from the application for internal use.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about ongoing schemes and offers.
Explain reward points, benefits, and related details clearly and professionally.
Collect, verify, and extract required data from the internal application/system.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups or additional information.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year
of experience in calling, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English preferred.
Ability to explain information in a clear and convincing manner.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on applications/tools.
Customer-first attitude with good listening skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in customer calling or tele-sales
Good data entry and documentation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
