Responsibilities:
Attend incoming customer calls
Solve order issues (delay, tracking, exchange, cancellation)
Update customer details in the system
Coordinate with internal teams
Provide smooth and friendly support
Requirements:
Good communication in Gujarati & English
Basic computer skills
Positive attitude and problem-solving nature
Experience in customer support is a plus
